App lifetime subscription not recognized in Windows 11

I downloaded and paid a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION for an app on August 04, 2022. In December I upgrade to a Windows 11 PC, registered it into my Microsoft account, and erase the older one, so far all is great. Now my problem is all but this one app, looks like it can´t recognize my new device, and it wants me to buy the subscription again... How can we fix this?
