I have what I suspect are several trojans on my computer. Every time I startup the PC, Windows Defender and Malwarebytes detect and remove everything,

The descriptions given by Windows Defender are of a few types:- Behavior:Win32/CoinMiner.I- BrowserModifier:Win32/Diplugem- HackTool:Win32/Patch- Trojan:MSIL/Injectgen.MA!MTB- PUA:Win32/PiriformBundlerThere are several instances of each going back over a few days.I've listed them roughly in how commonly they appear from most at the top.As described in the question title, every time I startup Windows, these appear in quick scans, and are promptly removed. Nothing further is ever found, including in full scans.I also regularly do another scan later in the day with Windows not shutting down in th
