Bluetooth can't find any devices / Wifi connexion not possible

-Motherboard: MSI Prestige X570 CreationI recently purchased a Bluetooth Keyboard and a Bluetooth Wacom tablet and was surprised to realize that Bluetooth on my computer can't even find ANY close devices AT ALL. When I try to add new Bluetooth devices, the "bluetooth finder" searches forever and can't find nothing at all:https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?attachments/screenshot_37-png.169139/I have a laptop and can confirm that it can find all of my devices so the problem really comes from the Motherboard/Windows. I also noticed this summer that my PC can't connect to internet with WIFI for so
