Windows 11 Dell laptop is stuck at "Please wait" upon booting up after installing latest Windows updates.

I installed the latest Windows 11 updates on my Dell laptop last night upon shutting down the laptop before going to bed. I got up this morning and went to work with the laptop. When I turned the laptop on it just hangs at "Please wait" indefinitely and never gets past that point. I tried shutting it down and turning it back on again, but it just sticks at "Please wait" forever and never gets to the Windows logon.Is there something wrong with the latest Windows 11 updates?
