I deleted the email account that was the admin account for my PC. How to update to a new email WITHOUT verifying the old email?

I am signed into my Microsoft account on my PC with an old email that no longer exists. My computer desperately needs an update, but can't until I verify my email. I can not verify my email because that email does not exist. There is no text verification option. There is no option for wrong email. I have an account with an active email that I would like to use instead. How can I change the admin email without verifying the old email so I can sign in with the active email and update the computer?
