Is there a KB article that explains the default Windows XP NTFS permissions?

I need to reset them. Thanks

Yes, I saw this but windows XP doesn't appear to have the ACLrestore file.

Hahaha, let me clairfiy, Windows XP doesn't appear to have the def*.sdb

available to create the ACLRestore file.
