Windows Crashes reproducable when I try to print from a specific program; page fault in nonpaged area win32kfull.sys

When I try to print a page from a specific program for doctors, it crashes reproducable with a blue screen. The error message is: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREAFehlerursache: win32kfull.sysI can send a dump file for my problem. What I tried up to now: I deactivated windows defender which is my virus program; I checked the two RAM-modules and the SSD. I switched the RAM-modules on the mainboard, I tested the problem with one of the two RAM-modules (with 8GB instead of 16GB). I deinstalled the NVIDIA-drivers of my graphic card.
