System Info:Windows 11 Home x64Version 22H2Installed on 2023-02-17OS Builder: 22621.1265Processor: 11th Gen Intel® Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHzRAM: 16GB- - - - - - - - - -I upgraded to 22H2 today, and now I cannot drag & drop photos into Paint, nor Affinity Photo, nor any image editing application. This includes the inability to drag & drop from Web pages (from my own gallery site of original photos). When I try, I see a little circle with the red slash through it.I CAN drag & drop between Explorer windows, just not into image editing software.It makes no difference wh
