Unable to remove account from family group also unable to gain access to account marked for delete.

I created a child's account.I inadvertently added to it the wrong family group that I am also an administrator of.It says I cannot remove my child from the group, which is incorrect:Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for T can remove this family member. Ask the family organizer who granted T consent to remove T from the family group.So I decided to delete his account which I thought would remove it but it did not because it takes a month to delete for some reason. So I tried to reactivate the account to use it
