My laptop keeps spamming the letter p. I reinstall windows but i still experience it.

I have downloaded keytweak and disabled the letter p and now it doesnt work (i copied and pasted this p that im using to make this post) but i can obviously enable it again but then it would keep on spamming. If i hit the right arrow, it would start spamming.
