How do I get back to the old sign in with a password option when I just start the laptop or when it is lock?

Hello,I was talking with Greg Carmack about the issue that I have with my laptop. I would like to get back to the old sign-in method when you just start your laptop it used to ask to enter a password but now apparently I need to set up Windows Hello but first of all I don't want to use the Windows Hello, second of all I only have the option to set up the Security Key the other one are not available so I am stuck. And additional information, my laptop has an account with a school.I tried to remove the NGC folder with the help of this article PIN Not Working in Windows 11: How to Delete NGC Fold
