I wiped my computer because it was being hella buggy. I come back and it says my account was disabled and to please see my system administrator. HELP!

Apps refused to open prior and it was also working very very slow all of a sudden. i just decided to completely wipe the computer. i got my stuff in like my wifi and whatnot. taken to the home page and it says "Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." I don't know what to do please help me
