I have two computers with diff microsoft keys that are linked with my account, how do i unlink so i have two diff users?

How do i assign new microsoft user and remove my linked pc? Currently both computers are linked therefore both look exactly the same. Anytime I do work on one and save files, etc the other shows exaclty the same. What i want to do is unlink pc's and then reassign new microsoft user and keep my other as is.
