Time synchronization error. Time has a delay of seconds, minutes or hours (Windows 11)

Hello, my problem is this:I have noticed that the clock slows down by seconds, minutes and even hours when I turn on my computer. At first I noticed that in the time settings Set automatic time was always disabled on reboot, so I checked the Windows Time service and it is in manual mode, I also checked in Task Scheduler -> Time Synchronization -> SynchronizeTime and ForceSynchronizeTime were disabled (for some weird reason), but I re-enabled them.I also ran the following commands that were recommended on some web pages:regsvr32 w32time.dll net stop w32time w32tm /unregister w32tm /regist
