Error trying to add new user account in Win 11

I am trying to add a new account on Win 11.I go to Settings / Other Users / Add Account and get the following error:Lusrmgr - this snapin may not be used with Windows 10 - use the Accounts Tool in Control PanelI updated from Win 10 to Win 11 so suspect part of that upgrade has not worked as it should.Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
