TS licensing mode...user/device??? temp licenses?

I need to purchase additional TS licenses. I had previously installed 5 TS

per-user licenses, and I had put TS into per user licensing mode, but as you

can see from the following graphic, TS still does not want issue

non-temporary licenses.

Any ideas why it won't issue non-temp licenses? Users still seem to be able

to login ok. Not sure what's going on.

In Per User mode, licenses aren't tracked (on Win2003). No Per User CALs

will ever be issued.

 

Win2008 introduces Per User CAL tracking.
