I keep getting the error code nvlddmkm Event ID 0 on my computer. Does anyone how to fix it?

Hi,I'm posting this here hoping someone can help me fix this. I have tried everything from previous answers and even from different forums, but I keep getting the same error code and sometimes my screen gets this weird dot. I have a feeling it's a bad GPU but then again, I'm not sure. I would appreciate if someone can help with this.Thank you.
