On Windows Photos how to resize a image without the width and height locking on with eachother??

I remember before in Photos when you wanted to resize a image it would give you the option to set the sizes for width and height independently if you clicked on the lil chain icon but going back on to use the app to resize a image, I come to realize that option is now gone and you cant properly resize it now without the numbers corresponding to each other. does anyone know how to use that feature or why Windows removed it? it was so useful for small project and don't know if im the only one having this issue or doing something wrong this only happened after I updated it
