Tweaked a few settings in BIOS, now my PC won't even give a signal

So here's my problem, Wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 like most people I saw with this problem had and tried to see whether my PC was eligible or not.Turns out I needed to turn on safe boot and another setting which isn't really important in this context, and so I tried to do that.Tried turning on the first item and founded out that it wasn't a(safe boot) Windows setting and that I needed to go to BIOS for safe boot.So as my dunbass did, I saw some fancy cool wordings in there that I thought would be a good idea to turn on(spoiler, big NOT) and most notably I can remember is that I turned on
