Just got a new dell XPS Windows 11 computer. Put picture of my dog on as background. It is all fuzzy and blurry. Picture is clear and sharp in my Adobe Premiere software where the picture is stored. Was find on my Windows 10 computer! How do I get a sharp/clear picture on this background in this new Windows 11 computer.
