Home (File Explorer) Takes time to Catalog My Computer

So in the last couple updates, I've noticed that when I open the new File Explorer (Home), the left side takes a while to populate my folders. If I close out of File Explorer, and come back in, it can take 10-15 seconds before all the folders (including my Favorites) populate. If I am in a program and want to save a file, this takes even longer to see the folders I want to use. I have been inside the Control Panel left and right to try and figure out what's going on. I have rebooted, and a couple updates have happened since this problem started. I've removed all external drives, so it's just t
