Restore access to other accounts on PCs (in both Win 11 and Win 10)

When I set up the various accounts on our family PCs and laptops, as administrator, I could access and open all the folders and files in the other accounts.Have no idea what has happened, but, in the last few days, whilst I still have access to the folders and can see the files, different pop-ups either tell me that "I don't have the correct permissions" or simply "access denied". In addition, certain file icons have a closed folder insert like this example:Together it means, for example, that I can longer open my own company's files without first opening the company account nor access our ph
