Bit-locker recovery key is missing.

please help me with bit-locker I have not kept it and I don't have recovery key I have tried everything, but nothing is working, and I had all the necessary documents and files inside that drive which is now locked. The bit-locker was there when I had sent my laptop with windows 10 to service center for repairing after they returned me the laptop it was locked, and they claim that they didn't keep it.
