Why won't my GUIs on FiveM (GTA V Plugin) Update when I record on OBS and stream on Discord?

Hello,Whenever I am on FiveM which is a plugin in GTAV, I have an issue when I try to record on OBS, even with just having OBS Opened my GUIs in game will not update unless I tab out or go back in, I also noticed it does the same thing when I stream to my friends on Discord. Does anyone know why it would be doing this?
