Hello,I powered off my laptop during the updates installation as it got stuck, and now windows doesn't boot (spinning wheel once computer is turned on).I tried to create a bootable installation media USB and undo updates, and also run a repair, but it didn't help (both processes were not successful). Also everything seems to be extremely slow - it takes about 15-30 minutes to load a troubleshooting screen from USB, and it took hours to run a repair diagnostics.I managed to get to the cmd, and run diskpart and bcdedit commands but not sure where to go from here.
