Why won't Microsoft Family let me leave the group?

I am trying to get Minecraft Java to let me play multiplayer and I'm quite sure I found the issue, that I am in a microsoft family group. However I can find no way to leave, and after months of research I still can't find a way to leave the group. Me and my account is above the required age for me to leave and there is only me in the group, but there is nowhere on my profile or in the family for me to have an option to leave it. I can't find the little three dots next to my profile as there is none, and there is no way to click on my profile and remove myself from the group. If anyone can find
