High Ram usage on new laptop

I have recently bought a new laptop, however i have recently noticed that the memory have always flown between 50-60% after reboot, and 70-80% when browsing the internet, I have recently checked the task manager however it would seem that all the listed tasks dont go over 3-4GB at most, no malware seems to be present so I am not sure what to do
