When adding RAM is not an option, how to alleviate high Memory load?

When there’s SSD for booting, ReadyBoost cannot be used for Windows 11; but memory loading is at high level which normally call for more RAM, how to alleviate memory loading if adding RAM is not an option? For Windows 11
