How do I remove facial recognition from an account that has been removed from my HP All-in-one desktop (Windows 11 home)

Basically, when I got my PC I had an administrator and other accounts. One of my accounts was not working whenever I searched up something so I removed/deleted the account. I had Facial recognition, a pin and a password on it aswell. After I removed it, I created a new one and signed in with my work account as I did on my other one. However, when I tried to add facial recognition, it said that 'It looks like you have set up windows hello on another account. Remove face recognition from the other account and then try again.' But my account was deketed/removed. How do I fix this? Please help!
