Unable to decrypt files after changing the user credentials

Hello.I recently changed the username and password of one local user and an administrator user account in my Windows 10 PC.I had some images and documents encrypted before this changes.But now I am unable to open these files by any means.The username and password of both user accounts were different before.I check the certificate when I had encrypted the file in the certificate manager (certmgr.msc).But I couldn't export the private key.I changed the permissions to "Everyone" in the "Properties" of the drive where there are the encrypted files.All my credentials are in those files so I am tota
