I have the External SSD connected to the computer and it is recognized by Windows, but it unavailable in the Windows Explorer. It only shows up in Devices and Printers and any diagnostic testing shows the Drivers are up to date and the ports are working as intended. I can even eject it using the prompt to safely remove from windows.I had used this SSD for my PlayStation Family systems (PS4 & PS5), it is readable and writable for gaming. I would like to return the SSD for computer use. Is there a way for Windows to recognize it in Windows Explorer?
