An update temp file wont remove from the computer. Please help as it's taking up needed storage.

Hi, I recently updated my computer and now i have a Windows Update Cleanup in the Delete tempoary files bit. It takes up 294MB, i've done removal after removal and it still hasn't moved. Can someone please help me how to remove it safely.
