All apps losing internet connection from wifi, while still connected

I have a strange situation on my Windows laptop, every 10 or so minutes all apps including browser, games, chat and video call lose internet connection while the laptop remains connected to wifi. Strangely there is clearly still a working internet connection, since people in a videocall can still hear me (I cannot hear them) and I can still ping any website via command line. Just all applications suddenly act like I don't have an internet connection. It usually goes away after a minute or if I manually disconnect and reconnect wifi.The connection works fine via ethernet cable, I don't experien
