My laptop suddenly has a green and pink tint, but its not full, theres a small space at the top where its not tinted

I was just using my laptop as usual, it wasnt doing anything weird or anything, i was using it to play games, when i exited the game it was fine but a few seconds after, the tint suddenly just showed up. I tried restarting the laptop, reinstalling display adaptors, troubleshooting with windows+X. Its still isnt going away. The tint shows all the way from when i turn on the laptop before the asus logo even shows up.I provided the pictures in the link, because it cant upload my pictures Screen bug picturePlease help
