Hello! Unfortunate soul here. Recently, I had my motherboard swapped for a new one due to a stuttering issue regarding amd ftpm stuttering. The technician for my warranty installed updates a few months back (December) to check if the issue was caused by recent updates. The laptop was asking me to update it so he turned it off using services.As I was just doing my normal stuff, playing, messaging, or leaving the laptop idle, it suddenly bluescreens. Then it bluescreened again after 5 minutes of idling, then again, and again. Windows booted into safe mode, and now the technician recommended me t
