I wiped my laptop from the bios and now it won't it won't start windows no matter what I do

Whenever I start it, it shows the HP logo then immediately asks for my bitlocker key, whenever I put it in it brings me straight to the bios, it won't allow me to wipe it, recover from a save point or install from an external drive
