Hello everyone, I have been facing an issue as described in the title that suddenly after logging into my admin user the desktop and taskbar starts to flash very quickly and no icons appear,The task manager works properly and any other user also works smoothly just this user I have been using for a couple of months now, and this is the second time this happens.The last time this issue occured I created a new user as I couldn't fix it, now it has happened again.I tried booting into safe mode works smoothly but safe mode with networking has the same issuetried system restoring but faced a lot of
