old print job overlaying all new print jobs

I'm using a canon printer, connected with usb to my main computer PC running Windows 11 Home. Also have a laptop that connects to the printer via wifi. Previously a very long print job was printed from the laptop. Now every new print job from either computer gets the original print job overlayed on the new job printed output. I've verified that there are no jobs in the print queues. I've deleted the printer from both computers and reinstalled from scratch on the main computer. turned off the laptop so thats not contributing. I've stopped printer services, checked that there are no files prese
