When i log into my account to try set up this account as my microsoft account on windows, it logs me an as someone else

Hello, i believe microsoft has 2 instances of the same email i migrated to this email and it is my account when i sign in onlinehowever im trying to setup windows as my microsoft account, but when i go to log in, its says wrong pass, so i get a code which goes through to my emails, and then it signs me in as a totally different person. This Person used to work at my company then her email was deactivated then turned into mine later.this other instance doesnt exist online as far as i can find, so i cannot delete it because technically its only 1 email address, i need windows to reconise my acc
