Am I able to get Microsoft Office back, after doing a Windows upgrade?

What happened:I got a new laptop with a Windows 11 Home - Single Language (from China) licenseI needed the laptop to operate in English but it is not an option to change the system language from the default. I read that the only way to change this was to change it to a Pro license, so I purchased a Windows 11 Pro license.I was advised that in order to change the language I would have to boot up a new install rather than upgrade my existing license, via changing the product key.When installing the new version of Windows, there were 3 options: 1) keep files and apps 2) keep files 3) nothing.
