i tried reinstalling the schasst.inf as suggested in this post (i get a blank

blue area when i try to search) and a pop-up tells me i need 'msgr3en.dll'

and i need the svcpack2 CD. never had a CD, was downloaded from an update.

 

how do i get this file?
