Windows update installation is failing. How to resolve error 0x80070017 ?

I had got blue screen due to some reason. After troubleshooting via multiple options issue didn't get resolve. At the end I have to format my PC. Now Windows 10 is installed in my system. While I was checking windows update, received multiple updates. I have downloaded and installed all but there is one update I am not able to install. 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022834)Action Done:-I have tried downloading multiple time but its getting failed after reaching 100%. After downloading getting this error : There were problems downloading some up
