When will Microsoft address their environmental vandalism and allow someone who lost a USB receiver to be replaced for a Microsoft Keyboard & Mouse?

We have staff who constantly lose these USB receivers as they are very Mobile and the fact Microsoft do not provide the option to replace these is quite shocking!Does anyone know of a way to connect a Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse to a new receiver as the only ones benefiting here are Microsoft. The environment is getting smashed as it our bank account. Microsoft clearly have absolutely no interest in ensuring every product they produce has a consideration for the environment!
