My mouse and keyboard randomly stop working for a few seconds numerous times per day.

My keyboard and mouse will turn off randomly, ranging from 3 to 5 seconds, and I sometimes hear a usb disconnect/connect sound when it happens. I tried updating drivers for my keyboard, mouse, USB controllers, Bluetooth, and human interface device(all drivers were up to date), as well as uninstalling and restarting keyboard, mouse, and USB Root 3.0 drivers. I have turned off usb selective suspend and checked off "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for all of the drivers listed above. I also tried turning off the lights on my pc, and checking if it happened during moments
