Are you logged as Admin to perform this procedure?.

Task Scheduler does not run a task that refers to a remote program when you

use the At.exe command to schedule the task in Windows 2000

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883279

Error message: "0x80070005 Access is denied. You do not have permission to

perform the requested operation"

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816731

You may receive an “0x80070005: Access is denied" error message when you

create a scheduled task on a Windows XP-based computer after you install

security update 841873
