It's my first time building my own PC, and I'mcoming towards the end, but I'm not sure whether it's safe to use just any kettle lead with my computer... :o

Here's my get-up:

550w PSU (with the kettle lead connection)

8800 GTS 320MB graphics card

2gb DDR Ram

A MSI P35 Platinum motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo processor

Is it okay to just plug any kettle lead into the unit?

Or do I beed a transformer to go with it??
