Can't locate "System Performance and Troubleshooting Guide"

Windows 2003 Server Help makes more than one reference to the "System

Performance and Troubleshooting Guide", e.g. in "Analysing performance data"

and in "Performance monitoring resources" we see:

 

"For a more detailed discussion of performance data and its analysis, and on

troubleshooting your computer using performance-monitoring tools, see "Part

One: Operating System Performance" in the System Performance and

Troubleshooting Guide, available at the Microsoft Windows Resource Kits Web

site. "

 

I am unable to locate this Guide anywhere on microsoft.com however, never

mind "the Microsoft Windows Resource Kits Web site", which link simply jumps

to the top level of the "Windows 2003 Server Technical Reference". It seems

to have nothing to do with Resource Kits or with the Guide I am looking for.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?
