Why doesn't aol email message appear?

In Windows 11 email app some of my aol emails arrive with no message no text showing. Instead it shows a blank page with an unclickable link that says. "Download message and pictures". This has been happening for y-e-a-r-s! Maybe Microsoft and aol should spend 5 minutes talking to each and fix the problem???
