Is there any way to increase the cache size for Windows Subsystem for Android Apps?

Currently my apps start to crash when their cache reaches 1 to 1.20GB. Seeing how I have 32GB of fast system memory and plenty of storage I would like to increase their maximum cache size to 4GB. Is this possible?
