Cannot Trim Videos in Photo App for Windows 11

The option to trim videos is greyed out for me when I want to trim videos. I save replays from nVidia GeForce and when I go and try to trim, it doesn't let me.I tried to reset the app and even used the legacy app, but that brings another issue with horrible frame rate and stuttering audio like it's lagging.Image of the greyed out icon
